Welcome to our platform ("App" or "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and access to the application. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Nature and Role
- This Platform acts as a digital marketplace enabling serious buyers to anonymously connect with one or more merchants to receive quotations or deals for their product or service requirements.
- We do not set or control any prices, discounts, deals, or offers provided by merchants or partners.
- Customers retain full control over selecting merchants and making final purchasing decisions.
2. Merchant Interactions and Customer Privacy
- The Platform ensures 100% anonymity of the customer unless the customer explicitly chooses to reveal information via platform-controlled features.
- Customer contact details (such as phone number, email, WhatsApp number) are never shared with merchants or partners.
- Customers and merchants must not request or share personal contact information via chat or any platform features. Doing so may result in privacy breaches or unsolicited communication, which violates our core values.
- The Platform promotes ethical and professional conduct. Repeated violations of this policy may lead to account restriction or termination.
3. Responsibility Disclaimer
- The Platform is not liable for any offers, pricing, or communication made between the customer and the merchant.
- Sponsored advertisements may appear within the App. These ads are controlled by third parties, and we do not endorse or verify the authenticity of their content or offers.
4. Wallet & Credits
- The App offers a digital wallet feature for customers to store, redeem, or withdraw credits.
- A minimum credit balance is required for both redemption and withdrawal. These thresholds may change.
- Please consult the in-app AI agent for the most current wallet policy, including eligibility and restrictions.
5. Customer Behaviour & Termination Policy
- Our AI monitors user behavior using various metrics to detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- If a customer is identified as a potential fake or non-genuine user, the account may be flagged. A notification will be sent before any action is taken.
- Customers have the right to appeal within 21 working days. The final decision will be made by the assigned account manager after full review.
6. Encouraging Prompt Deals
- The Platform encourages all merchants to respond promptly and provide their best pricing to improve conversion and ensure positive customer experiences.
- While we strive to promote best practices, we cannot guarantee the response time or offer quality of any merchant.
7. General Provisions
- These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance.
- The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms without further liability.
